摘要:柴油发电机组是以柴油机为原动机,拖动同步发电机发电的一种电源设备。柴油发电机通过燃油在气缸中燃烧,推动活塞做功,动能驱动发电机运转,最终将燃油的能量转化为电能,从而为船舶提供能源。整个系统由:起动系统,滑油系统,燃油系统,冷却系统和进排气系统组成。其中需要控制的环节确实复杂而多样的,其中温度,压力,流量等等,都是是影响整个系统安全运行和正常生产的重要参数,这些参数都决定了生产的结果,我们生产的过程,就是控制这些参数,如今我们需要通过对其进行合理设计,优化,以及组态,让我们了解掌握其中各个参数的控制过程,达到最优化的生产结果。70157

本文从燃油系统和冷却系统出发,设计了整个系统流程,具体包括系统原理图,硬件选型和电气控制系统,分析了所涉及到的一些参数,按照工程整定的方法进行了PID参数整定,并且进行了组态与仿真,根据控制要求和所设计的控制方案进行硬件选型以及系统的硬件设计,完成了控制系统的应用要求。

Design of fuel and cooling system of Marine Diesel Generating Sets

Abstract: Diesel generator is based on the diesel engine as the prime mover.It drags a power generator that synchronizes generator power generation.The diesel generator burns through the fuel in the cylinder, pushing the pistons to work.Then it drives generator running.And ultimately it can turn the energy of fuel into electricity,providing energy for the ship.The whole system consists of: starting system, oil system, fuel system, cooling system and air intake & exhaust system. but the need to control the link is indeed complex and perse, which temperature, pressure, flow, etc., is one of the most important parameters affecting the safe operation of the system and the normal production, these parameters decides production results, our production process is to control these parameters, now we need to through the reasonable design, optimize, and configuration, let us understand where all the parameters of process control to achieve optimum production results.

This paper from the fuel system and cooling system of design of the whole production process, including the system schematic,hardware selection and electrical control system , the analysis of the involved parameters, in accordance with the engineering tuning method were tuning of PID parameters. A set of feasible production scheme is proposed and the configuration and simulation, hardware selection and the hardware design of the system according to the control requirements and the design of control scheme, completed the application requirements of control system.
