摘要本章主要是研究火力发电厂引风机变频调速,根据对引风机的原理及应用进行分析,总结出锅炉引风机的优势以及弊端,从而引出改变传统引风机工作时的缺点,提高运行的功率。根据标度律的离心设备,空气量与转速成正比,通风机的负载转矩与转速成正比,和轴功率与转速成正比立方体。因此,调整引风机是最有效的方法来节约能源。然而,高电压频率速度控制系统采用两个引风机改造项目的速度。原来的设备仍然引风机和运动。高压变频器的数字输出信号有待机模式,变频器运行状态模式下,逆变器小断层和大断层,变频器自检模式,和远程控制模式等。输出模拟信号是由速度、控制和高电压逆变器也有指令启动和停止。变频调速的原理对锅炉诱导通风系统风扇在工业频率的情况下,引风机调节气流通过使用风扇入口阻尼器。因为特征阻尼器调整风量很穷,和死区阻尼器控制致动器大,精度不高,风量控制规定,大困难,很难实现自动化控制的空气体积。采用高压变频控制,频率控制的控制原理电动机转速系统也取得了相应的变化,以及变化的锅炉气流速度,自动调整风扇转速,控制性能得到了改进显然,控制原理图,通过DCS系统,工作人员调整自动风扇转速。77344

Abstract This chapter is mainly about the research of thermal power plant fan frequency control, according to the analysis of the principle and application of fan, summed up the boiler fan's advantages and disadvantages, which leads to change the traditional fan work shortcomings, improve the operation of the power equipment。 Based on the centrifugal scaling law, the amount of air is proportional to the speed, fan load torque is proportional to the speed, and the shaft power and speed is proportional to the cube。 Therefore, the adjustment of fan is the most effective way to save energy。 However, the high voltage frequency speed control system with two fan speed renovation project。 The original equipment is still the wind the machine and motion。 The digital output signal of high voltage inverter is in standby mode, the inverter operation mode, inverter fault and fault inverter, self-test mode, and remote control mode。 The output signal is simulated by the speed control。 There are instructions to start and stop and high voltage inverter。 The principle of variable frequency speed control of boiler fan induced ventilation system in industrial frequency, through the use of air conditioning fan entrance damper fan。 Because the characteristic of the damper to adjust the air volume is very poor, and the dead time control of the damper actuator, the accuracy is not high, the air volume control regulations, great difficulty it is difficult to achieve, the volume of air automatic control。 By using high voltage frequency control, speed control system of motor frequency control principle has also made corresponding changes, and the changes of boiler air speed, automatically adjust the fan speed control performance has been improved obviously, the control principle diagram, as shown in Figure 2。 The DCS system work automatic fan speed adjustment of personnel。
