摘要在当代化的工业生产往往须要计数和包装的物品，假如这些复杂的工作需要靠人来完成，不但需要浪费大量的人力物力，还不适合现代生产的需要，工作效率大大降低。在本文中，基于自动包装生产线MCGS控制系统进行了详尽的研究。该系统具有两个输送带，两个机械手和若干个包装箱。包装输送机输送产品的包装，它的功能将物体通过传送带传送到操作台进行包装装箱。该控制系统具有精确度高，造价低，抗滋扰能力强，不易损坏，容易操作，维护方便等特点，具有良好的推广应用价值。77345

Automatic Packaging Production Line Based On MCGS Configuration Software

Abstract In modern industrial production often need to count and packaging of goods, if these complex work needs to be done by people, not only need to waste a lot of manpower material resources, but also do not suit the need of modern production, the efficiency is greatly reduced。 In this article, it based on automatic packaging production line of MCGS control system, has carried on the detailed study。 The system has two conveyor belt, two manipulators and a number of cases。 Packing conveyor products, its function will be transmitted objects through the conveyor belt to the packing work station for packaging。 The control system has high precision, low cost, strong ability to resist nuisance, not easy to damage, easy to operate, convenient maintenance, etc, has good popularization and application value。

Use the MCGS configuration software has been introduced in this paper, in the form of module, automatic packaging production line, production dynamic monitoring screen。 The system structure and function of the production line is used to control the work principle and design method of system software。 Staff cans accurate understanding of the operation and control。 The MCGS configuration software Settings for the computer monitoring and control system, fast construction and by field data collection and processing, so that the alarm processing, animation, and process control and report output and so on a variety of ways to provide solutions, industrial control field, in order to solve the problem of actual users has been widely used。
