摘要:现代社会,工业在发展的同时工业现场危险气体的泄漏和爆炸事件对人们安全也带来了极大的威胁。现有的工业现场危险气体监测警报系统多是以电缆布线的方式运行的,经常会受到安装、占地和传输等条件局限的麻烦。本文主要是要建立一个以物联网为基础的工业现场危险气体监测警报系统,来对现实的监测方式进行改进。其用无线传输数据的方式来代替原来的用电缆布线的方式,以解决原来的各种问题。为此,本论文中研究介绍了现代物联网技术、Zigbee技术,设计出了适合工业现场的监测系统运行方式和无线传输方式,并使用了CC2530及其开发套件及ZigBee网关开发板模块,在此基础上建立了相关的软件平台,使用IAR等软件及仿真器等硬件对系统中的节点网关实施编程和测试,并用电脑上的上位机实行了监控,通过传感器、节点和网关及上位机组成三层物联网结构,建立起一个新的监测系统。这个系统在进过一定的测试之后,在上位机上得到了一些关于气体的数据,基本满足本课题的要求,可使得工业现场危险气体的监测更加的方便便捷。82281

Industrial Field Hazardous Gas Monitoring System Based on Internet of Things
Abstract: In the modern society, industrial development and the danger of gas leakage and explosion in industrial field also bring great threat to people's safety。 The existing industrial site dangerous gas monitoring and alarm system is based on the wired to run, often by the trouble such as the installation, site and transmission conditions。This paper is to establish an industrial site based on the field of dangerous gas monitoring and alarm system, to the reality of the monitoring methods to improve。 Its use of wireless data transmission to replace the original way with the cable to solve the original problems。To this end, this paper describes the modern Internet of things technology, Zigbee technology, designed for the industrial site monitoring system running mode and wireless transmission。 In this paper, the CC2530 and its development kit and the ZigBee gateway development board module are used。 On this basis, the related software platform is established, and the node gateway in the system is programmed and debugged by hardware such as IAR and other hardware。 On the host computer was monitored, through the sensor, nodes and the gateway and the host computer composed of three things networking structure, to establish a new monitoring system。 After a certain test, the system get some data about gas in the host computer。 The system basically meet the requirements of this subject, making the industrial field of dangerous gas monitoring more convenient and convenient。
