摘要时代的进步,带来的是另一种经济模式,致使各个企业为了自己的发展相互竞争,全球一体化的形势也愈演愈烈,全世界处处都存在着威胁,一方面来说,企业的目标是在满足顾客需求的前提下将自己的产品销售出去,还有把自己的服务推广出去。但是更重要的一方面是,企业的竞争能力越来越受到其内部员工关系管理模式的影响了。目前我国对于员工关系管理模式的研究还比较丰富,成果也很丰硕,但由于单一性较强,导致企业在成长过程中无法灵活运用。本文在员工关系管理的基础上对不同生命周期企业是否受影响进行探讨,重点研究不同的员工关系管理模式对于不同生命周期的企业的成长会有哪些不良影响,并分析研究其原因和解决的方法。以更好地提升企业员工的工作绩效,满足企业的实际发展需求。论文研究过程中,运用了文献研究法、案例分析法等具体方法,系统的研究员工关系管理与不同生命周期企业之间的联系,并且给出了对于不同生命周期企业员工关系管理的建议。
