Analyses the human resource outsourcing situation causes and countermeasures
Abstract: The term "outsourcing" has been given more and more attention and studied in the management of enterprises。 Human resources outsourcing, as a new channel of development, has been accepted worldwide by more and more enterprises。 China’s human resources outsourcing is still in the initial stage of development, and the outsourcing market has not yet formed a complete operating mechanism。 Although human resources outsourcing is very popular in large enterprises, many enterprises still hasn’t had a deep understanding of it。 What’s more, the level of outsourcing varies, and the service efficiency also differs, thus, there are plenty of problems in the process of human resources outsourcing。 This thesis, taking example of the outsourcing
recruitment of ASK group, focus on the analysis of the present situation of human resources outsourcing, and the reasons of its existing problems。 It also offers corresponding strategies to companies for their use of human resources outsourcing, which will promote the healthy and long-term development of enterprises as well as the market of human resources outsourcing, and achieve the win-win goal。
