摘要:Y公司是国内目前在建装机容量最大的核电站,核电技术和管理水平处于行内领先水平。2012年以来,在吸收、借鉴了内外部良好管理经验的基础上,人力资源管理取得了一定的成绩,但对于员工职业生涯管理还缺乏足够的重视。本文针对存在的问题并结合工作实践,以战略性人力资源管理理论、职业生涯管理理论和职业通道设计理论为指导,重新对Y公司的职类、职种进行了划分,设计了一体化的职业发展通道,完善了公司任职资格体系,建立了纵向和横向流动机制,构建了职业生涯管理信息系统,最终形成了较为完善的员工职业生涯管理体系。同时,优化调整了绩效管理政策和公司员工荣誉体系,使人力资源管理各模块相互支撑、互相促进,达到了整体效果的提升。79405

Y Company Employee Career Management System Design
Abstract:Y Company is the nuclear power plant with the maximum installed capacity in domestic under construction at present, with the technology and management level in a leading level in the industry。 Since 2012, based the good internal and external management experience, human resources management has made certain achievements, but still lack of enough attention for the employee career management。 In this paper, aiming at the existing problems and connecting with the work practice, with the theory of strategic human resource management, career management theory and career development channel design theory as guidance, the Y Corporation's job category and positions are redistricted, the career development channel is designed to be a integration one, the qualification system of company are improved, the longitudinal and transverse flow mechanism is established, the career management information system is constructed, and eventually a relatively perfect employee career management system formed。 At the same time, the optimization and adjustment of the performance management policy and employees of the honor system, has made human resources management module to mutual support and promote each other, to achieve the overall promotion effect。
