摘要:本课题主要研究用于清洁产品的表面活性剂的起泡性、稳泡性及刺激性。首先,通过改进Ross-Miles法及鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜实验,测定并探究各类型单一表面活性剂的起泡性、稳泡性及刺激性,从而在各表面活性剂中初步确定起泡性及稳泡性较佳,刺激性较小的表面活性剂。其次,用相似的方式方法,测定并探究在单个表面活性剂中表现较好的表面活性剂两两复配后的起泡性、稳泡性及刺激性,挑选出最优的配对组合或对其他表活增益最多的表面活性剂。实验共选取了12种表面活性剂,其中起泡性及稳泡性相对最好的单个表面活性剂为椰油酰羟乙磺酸酯钠,对其他表面活性剂增益较大的是椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱。本实验为后续设计出起泡性相对良好、刺激性相对较低的清洁产品配方具有指导意义。

Study of the Foaming and the Irritation of Surfactant

Abstract: In this subject, foaming, foam stabilization and irritation of the cleansing surfactant for cleaning products was mainly discussed. First of all, Through the modified Ross-Miles method and the HET-CAM test, the foaming, the foam stabilization and the irritation of various types of single surfactant was studied and tested. The better foaming, better stabilized and less irritating single surfactant was selected from different surfactants. Second, in the similar way, to determine and explore the foaming, foam stabilization and irritation of complex surfactants which performed better in the test of single surfactant. The optimal pairing and the surfactant that has the most gain for other surfactants were picked out. Twelve kinds of surfactants were selected for the experiment. Among them, the single surfactant with the best foaming and foam stabilizing properties is sodium cocoyl isethionate. And cocamidopropyl betaine is the one with a large gain for other surfactants. This experiment has provided guidance for designing a clean product formulation with good foaming properties and low irritation.
