摘    要语言是人类的交际工具，幼儿期是人类掌握语言的关键期。教师的语言对幼儿的发展起着重要的影响。作者以杭州与诸暨的三所幼儿园的部分教师和部分幼儿作为研究对象，运用观察法归纳幼儿教师的语言问题：1。暴力性的语言；2。习惯性的用语；3。强制性的命令，对幼儿行为产生的消极影响：1。幼儿的告状行为；2。幼儿的攻击性行为；3。幼儿的说谎行为；4。幼儿的模仿行为，并提出了相关的教育建议：1。提升教师的语言修养，为幼儿模仿和学习语言树立榜样；2。创设愉悦的语言环境，给幼儿良好的发展氛围；3。巧用激励性语言，帮助幼儿树立良好的自信，具有乐观向上的心态；4。注意幼儿的个体差异，针对个体差异使用恰当的语言。89531
