摘 要 绘本教学在幼儿教育领域一直是热门话题,不同教师对于绘本阅读的指导也不同,了解幼儿教师绘本阅读的指导情况,并针对指导情况提出相应建议有利于绘本阅读教育实践。89585
本研究运用观察法,访谈法,案例分析法,文献法,翻阅大量文献,选取了不同幼儿园不同园区的大班教师10名,中班教师10名,小班教师10名,通过对30名教师进行访谈,观察教师组织阅读活动的方式,分析教师的绘本教学案例,分别就教师对绘本的了解、教师对绘本的选择、教师对绘本阅读活动的组织,绘本创作质量对幼儿教师绘本指导策略的影响进行了分析。研究发现教师对绘本阅读活动的指导有以下价值:第一,帮助幼儿理解绘本内容,培养幼儿阅读兴趣;第二,促进幼儿包括语言、想象力、艺术审美力、社会性、情感体验在内的多种能力的全面发展;第三,激发幼儿的阅读热情,培养幼儿爱阅读的好习惯。
为帮助幼儿教师更好地指导幼儿进行绘本阅读活动,教师的绘本阅读指导策略应注意:第一,了解幼儿发展特点,选择适合幼儿的绘本;第二,创新教学方法,激发幼儿阅读兴趣;第三,加强家园之间的联系合作,创造优秀的阅读环境;第四,改变指导观念,创新指导策略;第五,处理好教师指导和幼儿自主阅读的关系。

Abstract
The teaching of picture books has been a hot topic in the field of early childhood education。 The guidance of different teachers on the reading of books is also different。 It is helpful to understand the guidance of kindergarten teachers' picture book reading and make suggestions for guiding the teaching practice。
This study uses observation, interview, case analysis, literature, Selected 10 different kindergarten teachers in different classes, 10 middle school teachers, 10 small class teachers,Through the interview of 30 teachers, the teachers' reading activities are analyzed, and the teachers' picture teaching cases are analyzed。 The teachers' understanding of the picture books, the choice of teachers,the organization of the book reading activities and The Influence of the quality of drawing on the instructor 's tactics of preschool teachers are analyzed respectively。The study found that teachers' guidance on picture reading activities had the following values:First, to help children understand the contents of the picture book, to cultivate children's reading interest; second, to promote children, including language, imagination, artistic aesthetic, social, emotional experience, including the comprehensive development of multiple capabilities; Read the enthusiasm, training children love to read a good habit。
