摘要: 小学教师有效教学行为具体表现为有效课堂导入行为、有效讲解行为、有效提问行为、有效课堂总结行为和有效调控行为。从问卷中发现小学教师教学行为存在的主要问题有部分教师课前准备不充分、课堂导入低效性、讲解行为的局限性、提问行为的低效性和无效性、课堂总结的低效性和教师调控行为的低效性。并且从教师自身、学生和社会方面分析了产生这些问题的成因。最后给出了提升小学教师有效教学行为的建议有小学教师要树立正确的学科观;在教学关系上,小学教师要引导学生,帮助学生;在讲练策略上,小学教师要注意精讲与精练;小学教师要在任何时候都能反省自己,做到不断改进。93446
