摘 要：我国目前仍以农业人口为主，而教育对于人口素质的提高、经济和社会的发展有着巨大的正面影响。因此，农村教育对于中国教育发展来说，是一个不可忽视的重点问题。作为中国最基层的政权组织机构，乡镇背负着我国农村义务教育的重要责任。本文以淮安市涟水县数所乡镇小学和初中为研究对象，通过2015年度的相关数据，并结合相关文献，分析了淮安市涟水县的乡镇义务教育的现状和所存在的问题，并在此基础上给出了加强政府对义务教育阶段学校的管理、加大农村义务教育经费投入和加大义务教育和素质教育的宣传力度等建议。94172

Abstract： China is still dominated by the agricultural population, and education has a huge positive impact on the improvement of population quality and the development of economy and society。 Therefore, for the development of Chinese education, rural education is a key issue that cannot be ignored。 As the most basic political organization in China, the villages and towns bear the important responsibility of the rural compulsory education in china。 This paper takes several township primary schools and junior high schools in Lianshui County of Huaian City as the research object, through the relevant data of the year 2015 and the relevant literatures, the present situation and existing problems of compulsory education in villages and towns in Lianshui County of Huaian are analyzed。 On the basis of this, some suggestions are put forward, such as strengthening the government’s management of compulsory education schools, increasing the investment of rural compulsory education and strengthening the propaganda of compulsory education and quality education。源C于H优J尔W论R文M网WwW.youeRw.com 原文+QQ752-018766
