摘 要：角色游戏是幼儿游戏中最为常见的一类游戏，是培养幼儿分享，合作的有力工具,幼儿的同伴交往对于幼儿的发展有着重要促进作用,因此，教师要在角色游戏中极力培养幼儿的同伴交往意识和交往能力。然而现阶段角色游戏中幼儿同伴交往能力培养还存在着以下三个问题：环境创设不能满足幼儿同伴交往的需要、教师指导不能有效促进同伴交往能力发展、忽略评价对同伴交往能力的发展，为此教师应合理创设角色游戏环境、提高角色游戏指导水平，重视对角色游戏中同伴交往的评价,最大程度地在角色游戏中培养幼儿同伴交往能力。94885

随着我国学前教育不断的发展，许多幼儿园老师都能注意到幼儿同伴交往能力的重要性，但对于采取什么措施来提高幼儿同伴交往能力却还存在困惑。《幼儿园工作规程》中指出：“游戏是对幼儿进行全面发展教育的重要形式” [1]。角色游戏是幼儿游戏中最为常见的一类游戏，在游戏中，幼儿要学会通过妥协与让步，学会用协商、轮流、分享、谦让和交换等其它交往方式，以使自己的愿望在达成，这一过程提升了幼儿的同伴交往能力。幼儿喜欢角色游戏游戏，也愿意在游戏中与伙伴交往、沟通，可以利用角色游戏来丰富他们与游戏伙伴的互动，这既符合幼儿游戏的真正目的，又有助于幼儿同伴交往能力的发展。针对这一现状，笔者查阅相关文献，明确角色游戏与同伴交往能力的概念，针对角色游戏中幼儿同伴交往能力培养所存在的问题，制定不同的解决策略，力求最大限度地发挥角色游戏对幼儿同伴交往能力的教育功能，以进一步促进幼儿的发展。
