摘要当前,我国商业银行中小企业业务正处于全面改革的关键时期,内外部经营环境发生了深刻变化。一方面,外部宏观经济形势变化,利率市场化进一步深化,银行利差收窄将成为长期趋势。同时,金融脱媒现象严重,客户议价能力提高,逼迫商业银行不得不寻找新的利润增长点。另一方面,中小企业虽然对经济贡献巨大,但融资困难的问题尚未解决。而银行内部大数据的应用、计算机技术的引入、创新意识的加强和管理体制的改善越来越推动商业银行进行中小企业业务转型。23020
在此背景下,本文以实证分析为主,基于银行战略管理机制流程研究JS银行江苏省分行中小企业业务战略转型。通过对内外部环境分析和银行中小企业业务现状分析,提出战略转型策略,然后从中小企业业务的行业、区域、产品、风险四个方面对JS银行江苏省分行的战略转型实施策略提出建议。文章最后总结JS银行中小企业业务战略转型战略控制的关键点,为战略转型的实施提供保障。

Abstract
At present, SME business of China's commercial Banks is in a critical period of comprehensive reform, profound changes have taken place in internal and external business environment. On the one hand, the external macro economic situation changes, the interest rate liberalization goes further, Banks’ lower interest margin will become a long-term trend. At the same time, financial disintermediation is serious, the customer bargaining is more power. These force commercial Banks have to find new profit point. SME, on the other hand, although the contribution to the economic is giant, the financing problem hasn't been solved yet. And the applications of the big date in the bank, the introduction of computer technology, the improvement of the innovation consciousness and the promotion of management system are pushing the commercial Banks to conduct small and medium-sized enterprise business transformation.
In this background, this text research JS bank branch of Jiangsu province SME business strategic transformation based on the strategic management process. After internal and external environmental analysis and the status quo of bank SME business analysis, the text puts forward strategic transformation strategy, and then gives out suggestions from industry, region, product, risk four aspects for the implementation strategies. Finally summarizes key points of the JS bank of SME business strategy transformation strategy, which guarantees the implementation of the strategic transformation.
