Research on International Aviation Logistics Supply Chain Integration Management Strategy
Abstract: With the development of world economy and international trade of frequent exchanges and the international aviation logistics has become an important part of the logistics industry. The integration of supply chain management is a kind of new international aviation logistics enterprise management mode, has become the important factors that affect and promote the international aviation logistics. Firstly on the status quo of international aviation logistics supply chain integration management and analyzes the problems and points out the necessity of the international aviation logistics supply chain integration management. And through the theoretical research and comparative analysis, this paper puts forward a corresponding strategy of international aviation logistics supply chain integration management: according to the existing science and technology to reasonable international aviation logistics information management, to establish the international aviation logistics and supply chain integration management model, strengthening basic management, through the use of various resources, make the international aviation logistics ability become the key of the supply chain operation, and on this basis to establish a comprehensive international aviation logistics information platform, make the international aviation logistics is able to run efficiently.
