摘要自从上个世纪80年代中期“小城镇、大问题”这个著名的观点被提出以来，中央和有关部门对城镇的发展开始高度重视。城镇的发展水平在如今已经成为了评定现代化水平的重要标准，也是经济社会持续发展的巨大动力。宿迁作为一个欠发达的城市，建市较晚，经济基础薄弱，城镇化率低。经过近几年产业结构升级和城乡的统筹发展，城乡居民的生活有了一定的改善，但是仍存在中心城市发展水平不高，空间结构不合理，发展资金不够等问题。在此基础上，提出了转变政府职能，优化产业结构，规划行政区域等相关的创新措施。本文简要阐述了城乡一体化的理论动态综述和意义，分析了宿迁的现状和存在的一些问题。并针对即将面对的机会和挑战提出相应的对策。51347

Research on New Type of Urbanization and Integration of Urban and Rural Areas in Suqian

Abstract

Since the mid-1980s, "Small towns, big problem," this famous view is put forward, the CPC Central Committee and relevant departments on the development of the town began to attach great importance. The level of development in the town has now become a huge driving force important criterion for assessing the level of modernization, but also economic and social sustainable development. As an underdeveloped Suqian city, building the city late, weak economic foundation, the urbanization rate is low. After several years of upgrading the industrial structure and co-ordinate the development of urban and rural life of urban and rural residents has been some improvement, but there is still the center of urban development level is not high, the space structure is irrational, lack of development funds and other issues. On this basis, the proposed transformation of government functions, optimizing the industrial structure related to innovative measures, planning and other administrative areas.
