摘要近年来，互联网金融的普及和崛起给传统银行业带来了很大的冲击。面对金融脱媒加剧、互联网金融兴起和利率市场化进程加快等各种挑战，随着233号文件的下发和我国十八届三中全会明确提出要大力发展普惠金融，各大银行纷纷实施战略转型投入社区银行的建设中。其中以民生银行的发展进程最快。本文首先分析了国内发展社区银行的宏观环境以及社区银行的优势和障碍。然后以民生银行为代表，分析了民生银行的发展现状。最后，对社区银行未来的发展方向和策略提出了几点建议。82745
