摘 要:随着近几年房价的不断攀升,越来越多的人选择租房来解决住房问题。为了人们更便捷的租房以及节省人们的成本和时间,创建一个租房系统网站,让房东与客户直接交易是非常必要的。本网站针对这一现象,设计了一种采用B/S(Browser/Server)模式的三层架构,C#为开发语言,以Microsoft SQL Server 2008作为后台数据库的基于Web“房租客”网站。实现会员注册、登录和退出、预览网站发布的房源信息、对房源分条件搜索、发布出租和求租信息、打印房源详情、查看个人消息等功能;管理员对发布的房源信息进行审核、对留言信息、注册用户等进行维护和管理。通过前后台的配合使用,使得本系统能正常工作。该系统具有简单美观的界面设计,能基本实现租房网站的需求,满足用户的使用,具有较强的易用性。94942

Abstract:With the rising house price in recent years, more and more people tend to rent to solve their housing problems。 It is necessary to set up a rental system website to achieve direct dealing between landlords and clients, which can make it easier for people to rent houses and save their time and cost。 In view of this phenomenon, this site designed a web-based“tenants”website which adopted a three-tier architecture by using a mode of B/S (Browser/Server), employed C # as the development language and took Microsoft SQL Server 2008 as a back-end database。 Membership registration, login and logout are achieved on the site and property source information released on it can be previewed。 People can also search houses according to their specific requirements on it。 Besides, leasing and rental information can be released and the house details can be printed on this website。 What’ more, personal information can be viewed on it; The administrator is responsible to review the issued property source information and carry out the maintainance and management of the messages, registered users, etc。 Through the coordinated use of the front and back platforms, this system can work properly。 With a simple and elegant interface design, this system also has strong ease of use, which can basically meet the needs of the rental website and satisfy the use of the users。
