摘要:本次毕业设计是关于 160km/h 快速货车轮对结构的设计。由于铁路交通运输日趋增长的压力,是伴随着我国国民经济的快速发展而增加的。 因为高速铁路所具有的全天候、大运输量、快捷高速、安全舒适、污染少、能源消耗少、 占地面积少、和已有现有的铁路综合配套、和城市轨道交通综合配套等特点,世界各个国家已经公认了这一事实,中国国家领导人和决策部门也充分高度重视这块内容。尽管现今我国的一些研究所对有关高速货车转向架进行了少许的详细研究, 然而技术还不是很完整成熟,到现在都还没能投入到商业的运营当中去[1]
。作为铁路运输运行车辆走形部主要的构成部件之一——轮对,有行走、制动和承载等一些紧要功能,是对列车运行的安全性以及动力性能起着关键作用的构件。我国铁路经过了 5 次大提速后,铁路客车运行速度有了很明显的提高,可是,货车的运行速度还是相对来说是比较低的,客车与货车运行速度不和谐的状况日益突出,这已经成为制约我国国民经济发展的瓶颈因素[2]。
本文相对于轮对的各部分进行了具体设计, 对安装于高速货车的轮对和车轴进行计算和校核。选择采用 SolidWorks 这款有限元分析三文软件。它可以剖析轮对构架的静强度和疲劳磨耗。计算成果显示出本文所设计的货车轮对是满足相关设计标准要求的,结构尺寸设计正常、合理。24098

Abstract: this graduation design is about 160 km/h fast truck wheel for structure design.
Due to the growing pressure of railway transportation, is accompanied by the rapid
development of the national economy and increase. Because of high speed railway have
all-weather, large volume, fast speed, safe and comfortable, less pollution, less energy
consumption, covers an area of less, and the existing railway comprehensive, and the
characteristics of urban rail transit comprehensive, countries around the world have already
accepted the fact that Chinese leaders also fully attaches great importance to the content and decision-making departments. Despite the current our country some of the institute for detailed
study on high-speed freight car for a few, complete technology also is not very mature, however,
still can't put into commercial operation of [1]
.
As contorts the operation of railway transportation vehicles of one of the major
components - wheel, there are some critical functions such as walking, braking and bearing, is
for the safety of train operation and dynamic performance of component plays a key role. After
five big speed railway in our country, the railway passenger train running speed has improved
obviously, but the truck's speed is relatively low, passenger cars and trucks running speed is not
harmonious situation increasingly prominent, it has become a bottleneck restricting the
development of the national economy factors [2]
.
In this paper, relative to the wheel for each part has carried on the detailed design, to install
in the high speed truck wheel and axle for calculation and checking. Choose to adopt
SolidWorks the three-dimensional finite element analysis software. It can analyze the wheel on
the static strength and fatigue abrasion of the architecture. Calculation results shows that this
design of truck wheel is to meet the requirements of relevant design standards, normal and
reasonable structure design.
