摘 要 现代造船工程的特点包括以下方面：生产作业范围广、工作量大、参与工种多、各个部件设备安装复杂、从设计到生产周期长等特点。因此，我们大有有必要一个完美的系统，来对整体进行规划。
生产设计最主要的目标是让设计文件更加切合生产实际，制定出最合理、高效的生产计划，同时其也是船舶设计的重要组成部分。一个良好的生产设计，可以有效地降低生产难度，有效地避免了重复劳动的浪费，也变相的缩短了所需的工期，大大降低了生产成本，便由此可以产生可观的利润。95135
本文首先介绍了整个船舶制造行业的背景，其中包括了国内玩研究现状。然后介绍了散货船的特点，结合现代造船模式介绍了船舶建造工艺，结合船厂实际的施工要领，生产过程中的精度控制等。以该散货船的405P/S分段为代表实例，对分段的建造过程和建造工艺进行分析。运用CAD软件绘制该分段的分段结构图、拼版图、吊马图以及零件明细表。

This paper mainly introduces the background of the shipbuilding industry, as well as domestic and international research status, introduces the characteristics of the bulk carrier, as well as modern shipbuilding mode of the ship construction technology, construction methods, precision control, etc。 And the 405P/S section of the bottom of the liquid bulk carrier hold as a concrete example, describing the construction process and the construction process of the whole segment。 Use CAD software to draw the sub structure, board diagram, parts list, hanging maps。
