摘要:弯管机自动上料系统主要是为了实现机床制造过程的完全自动化,并且采用了集成加工技术,适用于生产线的上料。节省劳动力明显,生产节奏稳定,产品质量和可靠性明显提高,在现代化制造加工业中,要求精度高、品质稳定、批量加工速度快,采用人工方式进行作业导致制造加工水平很难得到提升,使用工业机器人可以降低废品率和产品成本,提高了机床的利用率,降低了工人误操作带来的残次零件风险等,节省劳动成本。其带来的一系列效益也十分明显,例如减少人工用量、减少机床损耗、提高企业竞争力等。

本设计的内容是设计一套弯管机自动上料系统,用于对弯管机进行自动上料,在现有的弯管机的基础上,利用上料机为弯管机自动上料,上料机上有三自由度模组搬运模块,该模块在加工过程中将完成弯管加工的工件放入料箱。其中主要对上料机上料部分、送料部分、三自由度搬运模块以及控制系统进行了设计。上料机上料部分设计了料斗的三维模型及其几何尺寸、确定了气缸的缸径以及行程等;送料部分设计了三维模型结构;三自由度搬运模块部分设计了抓手以及根据需要选取各轴的直线模组电缸等;控制部分的设计主要有气动控制系统、直线模组控制系统,还有设备整个工作流程的控制。另外,对触摸屏控制也做了简单介绍。

该弯管机自动上料系统对于弯管机的生产效率有了明显的提高,而且减少了工人的劳动量。而且全程PLC控制,触摸屏人机界面,实现了自动化生产。

Abstract:Pipe bending machine automatic feeding system is mainly in order to realize the fully automatic machine tool manufacturing process, and used the integrated processing technology, is suitable for the production line of feeding. Obviously save labor force, the production rhythm, stable product quality and reliability are improved obviously, in modern manufacturing industry, the requirement of high precision, stable quality, batch processing speed, using artificial way to work in manufacturing level of processing is very difficult to get promoted, using industrial robots can reduce rejection rate and the product cost, improve the utilization rate of the machine tool and reduce the workers wrong operation risk defective parts, etc., save labor costs. The benefits are also obvious, such as reducing artificial dosage, reducing the loss of machine tools and improving the competitiveness of the enterprise.

The content of this design is to design a set of pipe bender, automatic feeding system for pipe bending machine for automatic feeding, on the basis of the existing pipe bending machine, use the feeding machine for pipe bender automatic feeding, feeding machine with three degrees of freedom model group handling module, the module will finish in process pipe bending processing artifacts into the container. In this paper, we design the material parts, parts, three degrees of freedom and control system. The 3d model of the hopper and its geometric dimensions, the cylinder diameter and the itinerary of the cylinder are designed. The material parts of the material are designed in three dimensions. The three degrees of freedom of the moving module are designed for the grip hand and the linear module of each axis according to the need. The control part of the design is the pneumatic control system, the linear module control system, and the control of the whole working flow of the equipment. Also, a brief introduction to touch screen control.

The automatic feeding system of the bending machine has improved the production efficiency of the pipe bender, and reduced the labor quantity of the workers. And the whole PLC control, the touch screen machine interface, realized the automation production.
