摘要离合器是汽车传动系统的重要部件,它承担着传递扭矩、减震和防止系统过载等重要的作用。而离合器一般通过螺钉安装在发动机与变速箱间的飞轮壳中,变速器的输入轴即为离合器的输出轴。汽车行驶时松开或者踩下离合器后,相应地会令发动机与变速器平缓地接合或者分离,从而传递或切断发动机向变速器的动力传输。现阶段普遍应用于各种型号汽车的是依仗主动部分和从动部分之间的摩擦力来传递动力而且易于分离的摩擦式离合器。26327
本设计是针对中型载货汽车膜片式弹簧离合器来进行设计。根据设计任务书所给的汽车型号和参数,按照离合器设计的整体步骤和要求,先确定了基本参数,然后对相关构件进行设计包括主动部分、从动部分、压紧机构、操纵机构。最后根据各零部件工况对其进行相关校核,从而确保设计出来的离合器综合性能指标达到最大化。

Title The Design of Diaphragm Spring Clutch for Medium-duty Truck
Abstract
The clutch is one of the important parts of the automobile transmission system, it plays a significant role to transfer power,to prevent vibration and overload system.Automobile clutch is generally assembled with screws on the flywheel shell between the engine and gearbox ,and the input shaft of the gearbox is the output shaft of the clutch.In the car,the clutch pedal can be released or down,so that the gradual bonding,and the temporarily separating of the engine and gearbox to transfer or cut off the engine to the transmission input power.At present,friction clutch is widely used in all kinds of cars which can separate easily and depends on the friction between driving part and driven part to transfers power.
This design is basically to design diaphragm type spring clutch of the medium truckloads.According to the procedures and requirements of the clutch design,the basic parameters is the first choice,second to parts design:driving part,driven part,pressing agency and control agency.At last,analysing the relevant respectively according to various spare parts working conditions,so as to ensure the best comprehensive performance of the clutch designed.
