摘要:目前因为汽车、拖拉机、飞机、造船和五金制造工业的成长,更因为我国参加了世贸组织,中国正在转变成为全世界级的工厂和零部件制造大国。这进一步促进了当地,中小企业、私营与私人企业的快速发展,并迅速增加了工人和技术人员从事金属板材加工。于是关于钣金件的加工方面的知识,对操作技能和加工工艺的研究及掌握变得越来越急迫。在本次设计中,将会以电脑光驱架钣金件为设计对象,设计出一套钣金件级进模具。用UG三维软件画出工件的三维图、展开图。对工件的工艺性进行分析,确定各个结构的工艺方法,根据结构的复杂性来确定用级进模具的方式,然后根据要求进行排样的设计,工序的确定,随后对各零部件的尺寸进行设计,对模具各个工位的力进行计算,再对凸凹模固定板、垫板、上下模座、挡料销、定位销、导正销、导柱导套查标准尺寸并设计。最后用PROE三维软件画出模具结构图、模具爆炸图。最终完成本次设计。

Abstract:At present, due to the growth of automobiles, tractors, aircraft, shipbuilding and hardware manufacturing, as well as China's participation in the WTO, China is turning into  a world-class factory and parts manufacturing giant. This further promoted the rapid development of local, small and medium enterprises, private and private enterprises, and rapidly increased the number of workers and technicians engaged in metal sheet processing. Therefore, the knowledge about the processing of sheet metal parts becomes more and more urgent for the research and mastering of operation skills and processing technology. In this design, the design of a sheet metal parts progressive die will be designed with the computer drive frame and sheet metal parts as the object of design. Using UG three-dimensional software to draw three-dimensional drawings of the workpiece, expansion plans. Process analysis of the workpiece, determine the process of each structure, to determine the way into the mold level according to the complexity of the structure, and then design the layout according to the requirements of the process determined, then the punch and die cutting edge size and technological force (such as blanking force, bulging, flanging force, force  the bending force calculation, etc.) to punch plate plate, lower mold seat and a stop pin, a positioning pin, guide pin, guide pin guide check standard size and design. Finally, use PROE 3D software to draw the die structure diagram and die explosion diagram. Finally complete the design.
