摘要:冻干机,全称为真空冷冻干燥机,其包括制冷、干燥、加热,电气、控制等优尔大系统,因为拥有其独特的干燥方法,现已广泛的应用在医学、生物学、药学、农业等领域,甚至于分子生物学、基因工程学、新型生物医学、中药新制剂、高品质方便食品、考古学、粉末材料制造等领域。35821
目前工业中使用的冻干机体型都比较大,而本次设计的为小型冻干机,包含了其最主要的几个部分,比如冻干箱,水汽凝结器,控制系统等,可以基本满足冻干机的一个简单工作流程,这期间的工作主要是选型,凭自己对冻干机的了解,对各个部分进行一个拼接,自己发挥的程度比较大。 毕业论文关键词:冻干机、冷冻、干燥、系统
Design of the Lyophilizer
Abstract:Lyophilizer , the full name is vacuum freeze dryer,which is including cooling, drying, heating, electrical and control system. Because it has its unique drying method that has been widely used in the fields of medicine, biology, medicine, agriculture and so on,even in molecular biology, gene engineering, new biomedical, the new preparation of traditional Chinese medicine, high-quality convenient food, archeology, powder materials, manufacturing, and other fields.
The industrial use of freeze dry machine body are relatively large,and this time design for small-sized freeze drying machine, contains the several parts of the main, such as freezing and drying box, water vapor condenser, control system can basically meet the freezing and drying machine and a simple workflow, this period selection, by our own understanding of freeze dryer, of each part of a mosaic,play to their degree is relatively large.
