摘要:本课题研究的是固定托架冲压模具设计,根据所给的零件图,分析冲压件的工艺性,根据其材料为OCr18Ni9,厚度为1.0mm,采用大批量生产,精度要求不高,考虑经济效益、材料利用率、生产效率等多方面因素,采用落料冲孔弯曲复合模,确定排样方式,并计算出材料的利用率,进行必要的工艺力计算,确定冲压件压力中心,计算主要工作部分尺寸,根据计算结果确定压力机型号。设计出模具的总体结构,完成模具的装配图。36299

The Design and Forming Process of the Bracket Blanking Die
Abstract: This research is the design of the bracket blanking die, according to thespare parts diagram, analyze the process of stamping parts, the material is OCr18Ni9, thickness is 1mm, the mass production, the precision request is not high, the economic benefit, the utilization rate of material, the production efficiency and other factors, using a pair of compound die of blanking and punching process, determine the layout mode, and calculate the utilization rate of materials, forcalculating the process necessary, determine the pressure center of stamping, calculation of the main working parts size, determine the pressure machine modelaccording to the result of calculation.
