摘要物料运输是近代发展得比较快的一个行业在重工业交通运输部门主要运输大宗散粒物料;如今的现代工厂生产企业中,运输机是生产过程组成由节奏的流水作业线所不能随便代替的设备,还有各个领域的许许多多方面,输送机都有着非常巨大的明显的作用[1]。可见,在高速发展的经济中,一个合理的高效的运输机构是所有行业必要的选择。早期的输送机构结构简单但效率低,安全性不高可靠性很低,现代的输送机构结构复杂,还要考虑到材料的强度刚度,表面粗糙度等问题,因而,安全性和效率都是很高的[2]。再者,输送机构的种类也有很多种,不同的机构完成不同的工作,在何时选择何种输送机构更为合理,机构要达到何种要求,这就是机构设计的一个重要的工作任务。42478

    本毕业论文主要介绍一种将某物料运送并掉落的输送机构。因为物料比较密集,掉落的区域要固定并且准确,所以要求输送机构得很精细。主要操作就是通过给出的结构,构建三维模型,在多次的模拟仿真过程中观察并发现物料输送过程的不足并对不足的机构进行改良设计。文章最后对改良的机构做了一个总结,并对该机构的今后发展与研究做了一个展望。

Title  Improved design of a material conveying mechanism

Abstract

Material transport is a modern faster development of the industry,. In heavy industrial traffic department of transportation main transport of bulk grain materials; in the modern enterprise production, transport is production process is composed by the rhythm of the assembly line are an integral part of the equipment, and many other fields, conveyor plays a pivotal role. Visible, in the rapid development of economy, a rational and efficient transportation organization is necessary choice for all industries. Early conveying mechanism has the advantages of simple structure, low efficiency, security is not high reliability is very low, the complex structure of modern transport mechanism, also taking into account the material strength and stiffness, surface roughness problem and , safety and efficiency is very high. Furthermore, transporting different kinds of institutions also many, different agencies complete different jobs in when choosing a conveying mechanism is more reasonable, institutions should meet the requirements of what, this is mechanism design of a important tasks.

This paper mainly introduces a conveying mechanism of a material is transported and falling. Because the material is dense, the drop area to fixed and accurate, so the requirements of conveying mechanism is very exquisite. Main operation is through the structure given construct 3D model, in several simulation, the simulation process and discover material handling problems in the process and mechanism of modified design. At the end of this paper to improve institutions do a summary, and makes a prospect of the future development and research.
