摘要换热器是将热流体的部分热量传递给冷流体,实现化工生产过程中热量交换和传递不可缺少的设备。 本文以固定管板式换热器为研究对象,对换热器的发展、背景、分类和用途进行了阐述。本文主要以饱和水蒸气和丙酮为介质,第二章以此对换热器进行了计算。换热器的外部设计包括它的筒体的设计、封头的设计、管箱和换热器支座的设计。换热器的内部设计包括换热管的尺寸、固定管板的厚度的计算,同时还进行了水压试验。 除了上述以外,换热器的研究内容还应包括它的管法兰、开孔、接管处的零部件,还有它的附件等。6975

Abstract
Heat exchanger is part of the thermal fluid heat transfer to a cooling
fluid,to achieve chemical processes essential heat exchange and
transmission equipment.
In this paper,fixed tube sheet heat exchanger as the research
object,the development of the heat exchanger, background, classification
and use are described.In this paper, Saturated vapor and acetone as the
medium, the second chapter as the calculation of the heat exchanger.Heat
exchanger external design, including its barrel design, shell cover
design, tank and bearing design. The internal design of heat exchanger,
including the heat exchanger tube size, fixed tube sheet thickness
calculation, and also conducted a pressure test.
In addition to the above, the heat exchanger of the research should
also include it in the pipe flange, opening, took over at the parts, as
well as its accessories and more.
