摘要本文从数控车床加工三组合轴套件入手,通过对零件图的分析制定合理的 数控加工工艺。数控车床主要用于加工轴类、盘类等回转类零件,可完成内外圆 柱面、螺纹、端面、车孔等的加工,因此应根据车床的系统编制不同程序完成加 工。应从零件结构性分析、装夹方式、刀具选择、工序划分、切削用量等的选择 出发,编制简洁合理的加工工艺及程序,以满足零件尺寸公差、表面精度等要求。 同时要减少刀损,简化工序提高加工效率。满足生产要求,提高加工质量。73907

Abstract This article from the numerical control lathe processing three assembly shaft kit, through the analysis of the parts diagram to develop a reasonable numerical control processing technology。 CNC lathe is mainly used for machining shaft type, plate and other rotary parts, can be completed inside and outside the cylinder, screw, end, car hole and other processing, and therefore should be based on the system of the lathe to complete the processing of different procedures。Starting from the parts of structural analysis, clamping, tool selection, process classification, cutting the amount of choice and prepare simple and reasonable processing technology and procedures, in order to meet the requirements of parts dimension tolerance and surface precision。 At the same time to reduce the loss of the knife, simplify the process to improve the efficiency of processing。Meet the production requirements, improve the quality of processing。
