螺杆挤压技术是借助于螺杆和机筒对物料的摩擦、挤压和融熔作用来达到输送、压缩、破碎、混合、膨化和聚化物料的目的,广泛应用于饲料产业、食品行业、化工业等。其设备螺杆挤压机一直以来不断得到完善,正向着大功率,高扭矩,大长径比的方向发展。
本文所设计的异向双螺杆挤压膨化机用于饲料生产,主要对挤压膨化机的传动系统、挤出系统、成型切割系统三大组成部分进行了设计;并应用solid works软件进行了三文实体建模;应用ANSYS软件对关键部件进行性能分析与强度校核,得到了零件受载情况下的应力应变图;最后绘制了双螺杆挤压膨化机的二文工程图。本文采用三轴传动系统实现转速及扭矩分配,并采用串列推力轴承承受较大的轴向力;采用分段式螺杆、机镗结构,既便于加工制造又可根据不同的工作要求灵活组合螺杆元件;采用成型模具、挤压模具、中间模板与切割装置组合的成型切割系统,确保了成型质量与成型效率。10579
本文研究成果对异向双螺杆挤压机产品的研发、优化有一定的借鉴意义。

Title Counter-rotating Twin Screw Extruder With Three-dimensional Design And Performance Analysis
Abstract
Screw extrusion technology makes use of the friction, extrusion and melting of the screw and barrel to realize the transportation, compression, crushing, mixing, bulking of the materials .This technology is widely used in feed industry, food industry, the chemical industry. Its equipment, screw extruder, has been continuously improved, towards the direction of high power, high torque, and large aspect ratio.
The counter-rotating twin screw extruder in this paper is used for feed production. The article contains the design process of three main part of the machine--the transmission system, extrusion systems, and the molding device. Besides a dimensional solid model made by Solid works software is presented. Then conduct performance analysis and strength check of key component using finite element software, and achieving its stress-strain diagram. Finally, draw two-dimensional drawings of the twin-screw extruder. The transmission part use the three-axis transmission system to distribute speed and torque and a tandem thrust bearing to withstand great axial force. The segmented screw and barrel structure are adopted in the design, because such structure is not only ease of processing and manufacturing but also can be arranged in a flexible combination depending on the work requires. Forming cutting system is a combination of the mold, the intermediate template and the cutting device, such structure ensures the forming quality and forming efficiency.
This article has been designed on the basis of innovation. It can be a reference to product research and optimize of the counter-rotating twin screw extruder.
