摘 要：本文从新浪财经网搜集相关的财务数据，依据这些指标对洛阳玻璃自2012年到2016年约五年关于资本结构、融资方式等问题进行分析，并与同行业的10家上市企业2016年对外公布的年报财务数据进行对比，发现洛阳玻璃目前资本结构存在的问题，提出相应的对策。全文共分为五部分：第一部分,主要阐述了本论文的研究背景、研究意义及国内外研究现状。第二部分, 资本结构相关概述和资本结构相关的含义，为以后各章研究提供必要的理论基础。第三部分,根据洛阳玻璃的现状，主要从债务资本构成、权益资本构成、债务权益、和股本结构比例等多方面进行研究洛阳玻璃的权益资本。第四部分,洛阳玻璃资本结构与同行业比较存在的问题。第五部分,根据资本结构分析得出的研究结果,提出对洛阳玻璃公司优化资本结构优化调整的建议。85615

Abstract：This paper collects financial data from Sina Financial Network, based on the problems of these indicators from 2012 to 2016 in Luoyang glass about five years on the capital structure and financing analysis, comparison of annual financial data of 10 glass industry in 2016 and the same industry and announced the discovery of Luoyang, the capital structure of glass problems put forward the corresponding countermeasures。 The full text is pided into five parts: the first part mainly explains the research background and the research status at home and abroad。 The second part is the overview of capital structure, which will provide the necessary theoretical basis for the following chapters。 The third part, according to the current situation of Luoyang glass, mainly from the debt capital structure, equity capital structure, debt equity, and the proportion of capital structure and other aspects of Luoyang's equity capital。 The fourth part is the comparison of the capital structure and the industry of Luoyang。 The fifth part, according to the results of the analysis of capital structure, the paper puts forward some suggestions to optimize the capital structure of Luoyang glass company。
