摘  要：随着市场经济的不断发展，中小企业在当今市场中扮演着越来越重要的角色，对市场经济的发展影响巨大。本文以中小企业作为研究对象，针对中小企业难以有效解决的融资问题具体分析。首先对中小企业基本情况进行了详细的阐述，接着分别从政府、金融机构、企业自身三个方面深入分析造成中小企业融资难的原因。最后提出从金融体系和企业自身两个方面着手，通过鼓励银行等金融机构引导中小企业发展以及创新多渠道融资途径，来解决中小企业融资难问题，同时中小企业也应加强自身实力建设，提升自身形象。91541
