摘要：根据统计，在我国市场经济体系中一共有一千五百多万家企业，其中大部分是小微型企业，若是我们再将个体工商户加入其中，那么中小型企业和个体工商户将占到我国企业总数的百分之94。所以说小微型企业是目前我国市场经济的支柱。随着我国经济的不断发展，越来越多的小型企业将盈余管理列入自己企业财务管理的常用手段。盈余管理在小型企业中有多种运用方法，可以为小型企业的发展做出一定的贡献，但是目前很多企业管理者并没有充分认识盈余管理，不了解盈余管理的实质，在实际运用过程中存在着种种不足。本文就这些方面浅谈在小型企业中盈余管理的方法及其中存在的问题，并对其给出相应的对策。92482
