摘 要:目前状况下，社会的成长速度越来越快，经济一直在向上攀登，企业中各个领域都在扩大，因此在企业之中，固定资产占企业总资产的比重越来越大，在这一时期，企业之间就会出现竞争压力，这些因素来源于资产的管理水平还有资产的结构状况。所以，公司的负责人员一定要把企业固定资产的管理看作是最重要的任务，这个问题非常严峻，公司是不可以忽视的。可是，虽然我们有非常有技术的负责人员，整个企业在管理上还是得不到满意的答案。本文以徐州矿务集团为例，介绍了固定资产在徐州矿务集团中存在的问题及原因，并对此提出解决问题的有效措施，从而促进徐州矿务集团有限公司越来越好的兴盛。93489
