摘要:作为衰老相关的枯草杆菌类丝氨酸蛋白酶,SASP1控制着开花时间的转换及生殖生长过程中果荚的数量。鉴于衰老过程也涉及到氮素的循环利用,本实验以Col-0、sasp1-3、sasp1-4三种拟南芥为材料,分别用含有0mM、0.9mM、9mM的NO3-的营养液培养,研究在不同的氮浓度环境下,枯草杆菌类丝氨酸蛋白酶突变体sasp1的拟南芥和野生型拟南芥Col-0的生理生化的变化,从而研究拟南芥枯草杆菌类丝氨酸蛋白酶对氮素的响应。结果表明,sasp1突变型拟南芥在低氮素浓度环境下生长受到的影响小于Col-0野生型拟南芥所受到的影响,由此我们猜测,sasp1突变型拟南芥可能对低氮素胁迫不敏感。25783 毕业论文关键词:拟南芥;SASP1;枯草杆菌类丝氨酸蛋白酶;氮素
Analysis for Sensitiveness of sasp1 Mutation to Low Nitrogen in Arabidopsis thalianas
Abstract:SASP1, a Senescence-Associated Subtilisin Protease, is involved in reproductive development and determination of silique number in Arabidopsis. Since senescence may participate in nitrogen recycling, seeedings grown in MS medium containing 0mM、0.9mM or 9mM NO3-were studied in this article to find the difference of physiological and biochemical changes between Col-0 and sasp1 under low nitrogen concentrations. Results demonstrated that sasp1 displayed improved tolerance while wide type showed premature aging. These observations support little sensitive to low nitrogen concentrations of sasp1 mutation.
