摘 要:本实验用凝胶-溶胶法制备了BiFeO3光催化剂粉末,然后再用AgI和BiFeO3进一步制备BiFeO3/AgI/CNTs复合体。利用扫描电镜(SEM),X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)等分析方法对样品的结构和形貌进行了表征分析。把水绵作为实验对象,考察制备的BiFeO3/AgI/CNTs复合体在可见光下对水绵形态结构和生理特性的影响。研究结果表明:BiFeO3/AgI/CNTs复合体对水绵生长有明显抑制作用。当在可见光的照射下光催化剂作用时间达到12h,水绵细胞受损,叶绿素含量和可溶性蛋白含量降低,丙二醛含量升高,水绵电导率上升。27862 毕业论文关键词:凝胶-溶胶法;BiFeO3;BiFeO3/AgI/CNTs复合体;新型复合光催化剂;水绵
The Effect of a Composite Photocatalyst for Water Spirogyra Growth
Abstract: BiFeO3 photocatalysts were prepared by gel-sol method,then used AgI and BiFeO3 further make BiFeO3/AgI/CNTs complex.The structure and morphology of as-prepared samples were characterized with the techniques of X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM). Using spirogyra as the experimental material,BiFeO3 was used as the comparison,the effect of BiFeO3/AgI/CNTs complex on apirogyra removel was investigated through the change of morphology and physiological-biochemical index before and after photocatalytic reaction. The results showed that the BiFeO3/AgI/CNTs complex can inhibit the growth of spirogyra effectively. When the irradiation time reach to 12 hours in the visible light, the spirogyra cell was damaged, chlorophyll content and soluble protein content decreased, as well as MDA content increased.The electrical conductivity of Spirogyra also increased.
