摘 要:选择洋葱为实验材料,研究不同浓度的Ca2+在不同处理时间下对洋葱鳞茎内表皮细胞凋亡的影响。结果表明:不同浓度的Ca2+处理洋葱鳞茎内表皮20min后就出现细胞凋亡现象,随着Ca2+浓度的升高及处理时间的延长,细胞凋亡现象更加明显,细胞凋亡率上升,细胞内丙二醛含量也上升。这表明在Ca2+一定处理浓度与处理时间作用下,洋葱鳞茎内表皮细胞形态、细胞凋亡率及细胞内丙二醛含量均受到不同程度的影响。27865 毕业论文关键词:钙离子;洋葱鳞茎;细胞凋亡率;丙二醛含量
Study on Apoptosis of Onion Induced by Calcium Ion
Abstract: Utilizing onion bulb as experimental material to study the effect of different concentration of calcium ion under different processing time on apoptosis in intraepidermal cells of onion bulb. The results indicated that apoptosis generated in intraepidermal cells of onion bulb only after twenty minutes by different concentration of calcium ion, with increased concentration and prolonged processing time of calcium ion, apoptosis phenomenon was more obvious, apoptosis rate and MDA content all went up. The above showed that under a certain concentration and processing time of calcium ion, cellular morphology and cell apoptosis rate and MDA content in intraepidermal cells of onion bulb all suffered varying degrees of effect.
