摘 要:本研究通过溶胶凝胶法制备BiFeO3光催化剂,模拟植物光合系统的BiFeO3/AgI/CNTs复合体来研究其对绿藻的杀灭效应用。X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对光催化样品进行表征。进一步探讨了光照时间和光照强度对催化剂复合体对绿藻杀灭效果。结果表明:在模拟可见光照射下,光催化剂在水中对绿藻的生长有一定影响,并与催化光照时间有关系,随着光照时间的延长,绿藻外观变黄,细胞结构破损,体内叶绿素a含量和可溶性蛋白都有降低,丙二醛含量升高,从而抑制绿藻的正常生长。两种催化剂相较,BiFeO3/AgI/CNTs复合体对水绵生长有明显抑制作用。28333 毕业论文关键词:溶胶凝胶法;水绵;BiFeO3;光催化剂;杀灭效应
Lethal effects of new materials simulate plant photosynthesis system of green algae
Abstract: BiFeO3 prepared by sol-gel method in this study photocatalyst, BiFeO3 simulate plant photosynthesis systems / AgI / CNTs composite body to study the killing effect of the algae used. X- ray powder diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) samples were characterized by photocatalysis. Further explore the exposure time and light intensity on the catalyst complex green algae killing effect. The results show that: in the simulation visible light photocatalyst in water some impact on the growth of algae, and has a relationship with reminders irradiation time, with the increase of irradiation time, the appearance of yellow green algae, the cell structure is damaged, the body of chlorophyll a and soluble protein content has decreased, MDA content increased, thereby inhibiting the normal growth of green algae. Compared with the two catalysts, BiFeO3 / AgI / CNTs composite cotton to inhibit the growth of water.
