摘要:以低钾敏感型棉花品种泗杂3号和耐低钾型棉花品种泗棉3号为材料,于2016年在江苏南京农业大学牌楼试验基地(118°50′E,32°02′N)进行钾素( 0 ,150,300kg hm-2)和花铃期土壤短期干旱试验,研究纤文加厚发育对钾素和花铃期短期干旱的响应。结果表明:花铃期短期干旱条件下,增施钾肥可提高棉纤文蔗糖含量,促进纤文素的积累,提高磷酸蔗糖合成酶和蔗糖合成酶的活性,显著提高泗杂3号比强度,降低泗棉3号比强度,马克隆值无显著变化,因此,钾素可以缓解干旱胁迫对纤文加厚发育及纤文品质的不利影响,但品种间有差异。29676 毕业论文关键词:棉花;纤文加厚发育;品质;干旱;钾素
Effects of Potassium and Short Term Drought during Flowering and Boll-forming Stage on Cotton Fiber Thickening Period and Fiber Quality Formation
Abstract:Pot experiments were conducted to study the effect of potassium on the fiber thickening development under water stress during the flowering and boll-forming stage in Nanjing Agricultural University(118°50′E,32°02′N) in 2016.Within each water treatment (CK: normal irrigation; DT:short-term soil drought last 8d),three potassium levels were imposed:0, 150 and 300kg hm-2 . The results show that:In the short-term drought condition, the potash fertilizer could increase the sucrose content of cotton fiber, promote the accumulation of cellulose, increase the activity of sucrose synthase and sucrose synthase, significantly increase the specific strength of Si-3, The results showed that potassium could alleviate the adverse effects of drought stress on fiber growth and fiber quality, but there were differences among varieties.
