摘要:COBRA基因编码一种胞外糖基磷脂酰肌醇(GPI)锚定蛋白,对植物的形态机构与功能发生有重要的作用。以高粱为研究对象,利用生物信息学手段对高粱COBRA基因进行分析,并详细剖析这些基因的序列与进化特征。结果显示:高粱包括10个COBRA基因这些基因被分为2大类群,细分为7个亚类群,而10个COBRA基因分别分布在3条不同的染色体上,3条染色体之间相互联系表现出共线性关系。同一类群的COBRA基因编码的蛋白具有保守性,但不同类群COBRA基因编码的具有明显的差异-优尔;文'论[文]网www.youerw.com。高粱SbCOBRA基因的结构具有明显的多样性,从而可推测这个基因家族与生物功能多样化有关;同时发现高粱COBRA基因对高粱各个部位的生长发育有不同的影响。 42960

Identification, Expression and Evolution Analysis of SbCOBRA Gene in Sorghum
Abstract:COBRA gene encodes an extracellular carbohydrate based (GPI) anchored protein, which plays an important role in the growth and development of plants. Taking sorghum as the research object, the COBRA gene was analyzed by bioinformatics tools, and the sequence and evolution characteristics of these genes were analyzed in detail. The results showed that sorghum include 10 Cobra genes, all of which were pided into 2 groups, and further pided into seven subgroups. 10 Cobra genes, respectively, were localized in three different chromosomes. Chromosome 3 between interconnected showed a linear relationship. The COBRA gene encoded by the same group is conserved, but the COBRA gene of different groups has obvious difference. The structure of SbCOBRA gene in sorghum has obvious persity, so it can be speculated that the gene family is related to the persity of biological function. At the same time, it was found that the sorghum COBRA gene had different effects on the growth and development of different parts of the sorghum.

高粱SbCOBRA基因的鉴定、表达与进化分析引言
高粱是属于禾本科,它是一年生的植物,秆较为粗大且笔直,支撑根生长在基部节,叶鞘无毛或稍有白粉;叶片质地较硬,前段偏圆,边缘有纤毛[1]。高粱主要生长在温暖的环境中,非常耐旱涝。高粱在中国栽培较多,特别在东北生长较为广泛[1]。
