摘要:本论文探讨了用95%乙醇作为溶剂采用索氏提取法、95%乙醇超声波提取法和95%乙醇溶剂浸提法这三种方法对植物桑椹进行提取。测其抗氧化性,并对粗提物的吸湿性,失水性进行测定,将得到的粗提物作为天然有效成分加入保湿膏霜中制成保湿霜。通过对配制工艺的探讨、产品的质量检测和在保湿霜中的配伍性进行研究,结果表明:(1)采用紫外分光光度法测试,经过羟自由基清除率试验以及DPPH自由基清除率试验可知95%乙醇提取液的体外抗氧化活性较强。(2)对桑椹粗提物进行吸水性和失水性测试,均得到较好的结果。(3)将得到的粗提物加到保湿膏霜里,进行40℃耐热检测、-5℃耐寒检测、耐热耐寒综合检测,有无刺激性等性能检测后,目测样品无分层或析出,无颜色变化,无气变化。证明桑椹粗提物可加入保湿膏霜中并具有良好的稳定性。说明植物桑椹在化妆品的抗衰老和保湿方面具有一定的应用前景。7142

Mulberry extract the effective components and effect evaluation of oxidation and moisturizing effect
Abstract: This paper discusses the Chinese herbal medicine plant mulberry extract with the method of 95% ethanol Soxhlet extraction、95% ethanol ultrasonic extraction and 95% ethanol solvent-extraction method. Measure the oxidation resistance of the extracting, and the crude extracting hygroscopic, water were lost, and will get crude extracting as effective natural moisturizing cream in composition to join made moisturizing cream. Through the discussion of configuation craft, product quality inspection and moisturizing cream in the compatibility of research, the results show that:(1) with ultraviolet spectrophotometry, after Oxidation resistance experiments, 95% ethanol mulberry extraction of in vitro antioxidant activity is quite strong.(2) the mulberry get crude extracting water and water loss on the test, get good results.(3) getting crude extracting added to the moisturizing cream, to 40 ℃and-5 ℃, heat and cold test, heat tolerance to cold comprehensive detection test, have excitant or not, and the performance after test. Find visual sample no layering or separation, no color change, no odour change. Proof of crude extracting mulberry can join the moisturizing lotion and has good stability. Chinese herbal medicine in cosmetics that identify mulberry anti-aging and moisturizing have a prospect of application.
