摘要: 在生菜分子育种过程中,需要常年提供如花、果等实验材料,因此温室生菜栽培可不受外界天气环境的限制。由于生菜为阳性植物,需要充足的光照,现有的温室生菜栽培一般采用卤素灯等大功率光源。本课题论文采用 LED光源,按照科学的R/B配比进行混色[17],人工生菜生长所必需的光源,筛选适合温室生菜生长的LED光源,从而达到提高光合效率,节约能源的目标。
本课题主要以生菜为研究材料,以不同光谱的LED灯为光源,以自然光为对照,研究不同光谱的LED光源对人工气候室生菜栽培的影响:1、光合效率3、叶绿素含量3、植物生长量4、可溶性糖含量5、蛋白质含量等,并与自然光下的各项生理生化指标进行比较。
结果显示:红蓝复合LED光是高产优质栽培生菜的较好光源;LED灯的光谱切合植物的光合作用;LED光源在一定程度上增加了玻璃生菜和奶油生菜的叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、蛋白质含量。

The influence of LED light on lettuce cultivation
Abstract: In the breeding process of lettuce molecular, it is required to provide flower, fruit and other experimental materials over the years. Therefore, greenhouse lettuce cultivation are not subject to the restrictions of the outside weather conditions. The lettuce, a sun plant , needs for adequate sunshines so that the existing lettuce cultivation greenhouse generally adopt the high-power llight source such as halogen lamps. In this subject, the LED light source is used to copy the light source necessary for the growth of artificial lettuce in accordance with the scientific RB ratio for color mixing so as to choose the suitable LED light source for the greenhouse lettuce growth and improve the photosynthetic efficiency energy conservation.
This subject is managing to find out the influence of different spectral LED light source on the lettuce cultivation in climate chamber. The lettuce acts as the research material, different spectral LED lights as the light source, natural light as contrast. The influences are: Firstly, photosynthetic efficiency; secondly, chlorophyll content; thirdly, plant growth; fourthly, sugar content; fifthly, protein content. And comparing with the physiological and biochemical indexes of natural light.
The results showed that:Red blue LED light is high yield and good quality cultivation of lettuce composite has good light source;LED lamp spectrum suit plant photosynthesis; LED light source, to some extent increase the glass lettuce and butter lettuce chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content and protein content.
