摘要:本研究利用Protparam和ProtScale工具对人类PON2基因的结构和蛋白的基本理化性质、二级结构、三级结构进行了预测,并获得了PON2蛋白的结构组成和空间构象基本信息,为深入了解该蛋白特性与功能具有重要意义。分析结果表明,对氧磷酶基因家族,包括三个已知成员:PON1、PON2和PON3。它们位于彼此相邻的7号染色体的长臂上。PON2基因所编码的蛋白广泛表达于人体组织,可充当细胞抗氧化剂,而且PON2基因在胰腺中的表达与2型糖尿病有很特殊的关联性,在心肌、骨骼肌中,PON2均有较高水平表达,另外PON2酶蛋白可能在外周血糖的利用上发挥重要作用。7918

The Function of PON2 Gene and Protein Analysis
Abstract: The study using Protparam and ProtScale tools to predict the structure of the human PON2 genes and the proteins basic physical and chemical properties, secondary structure and tertiary structure, obtained the structure of PON2 protein composition and space conformation basic information and gave a great significance of understanding the protein properties and function. Analysis results show that the oxygen phosphate enzyme gene families, including members of three known: PON1, PON2 and PON3. They are located adjacent to each other on the long arm of chromosome 7. PON2 genes encoding proteins widely expressed in human tissues, and can act as antioxidants, as well as PON2 gene expression in pancreas and type 2 diabetes have a special affinity.in the heart and skeletal muscle, PON2 were high level expression of PON2 enzyme proteins may play an important role in the use of peripheral blood sugar.
