摘要:吴茱萸和山茱萸是两种公认的珍贵药材,该实验的目的在于成功提取二者的挥发性成分并进行比较。采用的提取方法有三种:水蒸气蒸馏法、回流法、超声法,从而得到三组相对应的对比样品,使用GC-MS对每组样品定性地分析,鉴别出其成分并进行分析。水蒸气蒸馏法下检测出的共同挥发性成分为Dibutyl phthlate、戊二酸,吴茱萸中前者为0。92%,山茱萸中为1。04% ;后者在吴茱萸中所占的相对比例为2。42%,在山茱萸中为0。72%。回流提取下检测出的共同挥发性成分为棕榈酸,其在吴茱萸挥发性成分中所占含量为67。4%,在山茱萸中为3。74%。超声提取法下检测出二者共同的挥发性成分为3-甲基-4-氧代戊酸。吴茱萸中3-甲基-4-氧代戊酸的相对含量为0。42%,山茱萸中3-甲基-4-氧代戊酸的相对含量为0。72%。三种提取方法下检测出的吴茱萸挥发性成分种类均比山茱萸多。研究表明,Dibutyl phthlate对蔬菜和种子起到促进生长和萌发的作用,棕榈酸具有降压的功效。76477

Analysis of the volatile constituent in Euodia ruticarpa and Cornus officinalis based on GC—MS

Abstract: Euodiae ruticarpa and Cornus officinalis are two recognized precious traditional Chinese medicine。 This experiment aims to carry out study of the differences of the volatile components in Euodia ruticarpa and Cornus officinalis successfully。 First of all, this experiment extracts the volatile components in Euodia ruticarpa and Cornus officinalis by using these three methods: steam distillation, reflux extraction and ultrasonic extraction, so as to obtain relative three groups of comparison samples of volatile components。 And then it uses GC—MS to carry out qualitative analysis of the samples in each group, identifying the differences of components。 The common volatile component detected by steam distillation are dibutyl phthalate and glutaric acid, and the relative content of dibutyl phthalate in Euodia ruticarpa is 0。92%, while the relative content of dibutyl phthalate in Cornus officinalis is 1。04%。 The relative content of glutaric acid in Euodia ruticarpa is 2。42%, while the relative content of glutaric in Cornus officinalis is 0。72%。 The common volatile component detected by reflux extraction is cetylic acid 。 The relative content of palmitic acid in Euodia ruticarpa is 64。7%, while the relative content of palmitic acid in Cornus officinalis is 3。74%。 The common volatile component named pentanoic acid is detected by ultrasonic extraction。 The common volatile component of pentanoic in Euodia ruticarpa is 0。42%, while the common volatile component of Cornus officinalis is 0。72%。 The types of the volatile components of Euodia ruticarpa detected by the three extraction methods are more than that of Cornus officinalis。 The study shows that dibutyl phthalate plays a key role in promating the growth of vegetables and seed germination, and palmitic acid has the effect of antihypertension。
