Analysis of the Causes and Countermeasures of the Primary School Students
Abstract: Different people have different characters, so that will lead to different learning abilities. Therefore, every class will have excellent students and underachievers, and the underachiever transformation work is a enternal topic of the school education. The underachiever is a group that can not be ignored in the teaching object. Also they accounted for a small proportion in the class, but may affect the whole class operation. So we should focus on the forms of underachiever, and the reasons of underachiever, and find out the corresponding educational countermeasures, so as to better do the conversion of underachiever. According to school education, family, social and the students, this paper will mainly analysis the causes of the formation of primary school, and put forward corresponding educational countermeasures.

小学后进生的成因分析与教育对策研究
后进生转化工作是每位教师都必须面对的课题，也是我国教育的难题之一。我国在1978年以后真正重视对后进生的研究，并对后进生的心理特点进行了详细研究。如今，我国对后进生的研究有了一个新的发展，开始从探讨形成后进生的原因，转变到怎样改善他们学习落后的现状。传统的教育评价认为形成 “后进生”的原因是学生知识和能力欠缺。其实，后进生形成的原因既受到性格、兴趣等因素的影响，也受到学校，家庭等因素的影响。
通过在中国知网上以“后进生”为关键词，搜索了41497篇与“后进生”相关的文章，并对其进行了分析。因此，我准备从学校教育、家庭、社会、学生自身等方面分析形成后进生的原因，并找出相应的教育对策，从而帮助后进生积极主动的学习。
一、后进生及其表现
（一）后进生的概念
品行方面或学习方面暂时落后的学生一般会被称为“后进生”。过去“差生”被称为后进生，现在“后来进步”的学生被称为后进生。[1]后进生不是指大脑反应迟钝，智力相对落后的学生，而是指在教育教学环境的影响下形成的学生，即在品德和学业两方面比较落后的学生。后进生虽然比别人落后，但他们也渴望得到尊重，关心，也希望在集体之中快乐的成长。如果我们能满足他们的这种需要，他们就会喜欢学习。一位学生成为后进生的原因比较复杂，有社会方面、学校方面等原因，而他们自己很难克服这些因素。
