摘要通过创设问题情境的方式进行教学是时代的要求，也是实施启发式教学的关键，并且体现了当前社会对创新型人才的需求。趣性的问题情境，能够有效地激发学生学习的积极性，培养学生浓厚的学习兴趣，让学生在对问题的思考探索中获得新知、增加解决问题的能力。56701

本文根据当前的教育情况，对大量教师已创设的问题情境进行分析、研究。从创设数学课堂问题情境的时机出发，先是探讨了创设课堂问题情境中存在的问题，进而提出有效课堂问题情境的特征，最后又在新课程标准的指导下，以及作者对数学教材的理解上，提出了数学课堂问题情境创设的五条原则及八条基本途径。

Abstract The methods of creating occasions about mathematical questions are the requirements of the times. It is also the key of the implementation of heuristic teaching and reflects the current social demand for innovative talents. The occasions of interesting questions can effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of students and cultivate students’ interests of learning. Besides, it also can let students acquire new knowledge and improve their skills of solving problems by thinking and questing. 

According to the current situation of education, this article will do some researches and analyze the creation of occasions about mathematical questions which have been existed. This article will begin with the timing of creating the mathematical questions and discuss the problems which exist. Then put forward the characteristics of occasions about mathematical questions. Eventually, the author will put forward five principles and eight basic ways of creating occasions about mathematical questions under the guidance of the new curriculum standards.
