摘要储油罐在化工石油等产业中有广泛的应用,许多加油站的储油罐使用一段时间后,由于地基发生变形的原因,罐体位置会发生横向偏转和纵向倾斜等变化,从而导致罐容表变化,对生产和管理造成比较严重的影响,所以需要定期对罐容表重新标定。用微积分的方法确定函数,通过回归分析和拟合的方法,建立罐容表标定与储油罐的变位识别的数学模型,最后使用MATLAB得到罐体变位后罐容表的标定值。82317

对于第一个问题,我们确定笛卡尔坐标系,当储油罐没有变位时,使用微元法确定关于的体积公式,而当储油罐发生了变位时,依据储油量的多少分为三种情况,对于每一类使用微元法确定关于的体积公式。根据实验数据中的高度获取储油罐中的理论油量。依据理论油量和实际油量得到误差,判别误差所要服从的分布,然后利用相对误差来分析误差以及评价模型是否合理。根据上述获取储油罐变位后关于的体积公式,我们得到罐体发生变位时油位高度的间隔是1cm时,罐容表的标定值。

对于第二个问题,我们可以简化的考虑问题,获得水平卧放的储油罐,油量和浮油子高度之间的函数关系,然后考虑储油量和油位高度以及变位参数(横向偏转角度和纵向倾斜角度)的一般情形,在这个过程中,我们可以使用近似处理,通过截面法和投影法得到储油量关于变位参数及油位高度之间的函数关系,以及在特定横向偏转角度的情况下,讨论纵向倾斜角度的三类变化,然后得到每一种变化后储油罐实际储油量和油位高度之间的函数关系。
