摘要铅球项目，是我国学校体育教育的主要项目，是高考体育考试的的重要项目，其特点是技术复杂，速度、力量相结合的投掷性项目，它要求运动员全身协调用力速度与力量的完美结合来共同完成这一投掷动作。原地推铅球作为高考体育中的必考科目，并占有相当比重，因此，它的成绩的高低将直接影响到总成绩的高低，也将决定着体育考生的大学梦。看似简单的推球动作确蕴含着很大的运动哲理，考出优异的体育成绩，提高运动员本身的技术动作无疑是一个关键性问题，通过自己体育考试的经验，以及实习对要参加高考学生的训练中发现，存在着各种各样的问题。

通过文献资料、访谈等方法从学生的训练因素：训练兴趣、训练次数、时间、指导教师的年龄、学历、训练器材和训练环境以及校领导的重视程度的角度进行本研究，主要得出杭州市第四中学体育铅球项目训练以下结论：1、在训练因素中，学生的学习铅球兴趣不高；2、训练负荷不足；3、铅球训练没有根据学生自身的特点制定详细、系统的训练计划； 4、器材、训练环境须得改善。89828
