摘要:本文以江苏省淮安市的网球发展现状进行分析，通过文献资料法、问卷调查、访谈、数理统计等方法从球场设施情况，网球爱好者年龄特征，运动时间，频率，动机和网球爱好者的学球途径等方面调查与分析淮安市网球发展基本情况。发现目前淮安存在网球场地少，无专门经营网球器材店，知晓网球运动的人数不多，参与人数少，网球教练水平参差不齐等弊端。在对体育观念、经济条件、网球文化传播程度进一步分析之后，提出相应的建议来发展网球运动，从而促进人们的身心健康发展和网球水平的提高，为我国的竞技网球发展打下坚实基础。94948

     随着网球赛事转播的兴起，网球名将的影响，越来越多的人参与网球运动，网球作为一项既休闲又具有终身锻炼价值的运动项目，吸引了很多人的目光。在我国许多大城市，网球发展十分迅速。政府、企事业单位及体育建设俱乐部为了满足人们的需要建造了许多网球场地。许多房地产开发商在小区建设规划时更是将网球场地作为小区的基本设施予以考虑。当前，网球在我国大城市的普及已初具规模，但这项极具健身娱乐价值的运动目前在中小城市的发展却举步维艰。为了整个国家的网球运动的进一步普及与发展，从现在开始我们应大力发展中小城市的网球运动。本文以淮安市为描述对象，分析其发展状况，提出意见，从而为中小城市的网球发展提供相对的理论建议。
