摘    要民国初期，客居上海的温乡力量不断壮大。温州旅沪同乡会在“扶乡助亲，报效桑梓”的情感基础上应运而生，成为当年温乡在沪建立的最大民间社会组织。温州同乡会矢志不渝地践行着“联络乡谊、共谋公益”的宗旨，在开展慈善活动的过程中，不断顺应时代潮流，突破局限，在保障同乡利益的各方面留下了赫赫业绩。同乡会的民间慈善活动作为官办慈善的有效补充，既在传统社会保障体系的建立过程中起到了难以替代的作用，又对现代社会保障体系的完善有着深刻启发。本文主要通过对民国时期温州旅沪同乡会的慈善活动的探究，了解该同乡会在沪、温二地社会近代化过程中所发挥的效力，并总结其对现代民间组织开展慈善活动的借鉴意义。 90081

Abstract In the early period of the Republic of China, the population of Wenzhou people who live in Shanghai continuously grows。 Wenzhou Countrymen’s Association in Shanghai was founded on the emotional basis of “Help the folks, serve the hometown”, which became the largest Civil Society Organization that they set up in Shanghai。 This association unswervingly complies the consistent purpose of "contact each other, seek consensus of well-being "。 In the process of charity activities, it conforms to the trend of the times, constantly brakes through limitations and leaves illustrious achievements in ensuring folks’ benefits。 Civil Charity Activities, as the effective support, not only plays an irreplaceable role in building traditional social security system, but also makes a difference in modern social security system。 This thesis will first mainly study in the charity activities of Wenzhou Countrymen’s Association in Shanghai, and second, try to find the role of this fellow association in the process of Shanghai and Wenzhou’s social modernization。 At the end of the thesis, the reference significance of Wenzhou Fellow Association to modern civil charity organizations will be concluded。

一、 前言

同乡组织，通常被视为迁居异地的同籍人士，以地缘文化为纽带，在客地自发设立的民间社会组织，形式包括传统会馆（公所）与近代同乡会等。同乡组织最早产生、兴盛于明清时期，后随中华人民共和国的诞生、社会主义制度的确立退出历史舞台。
