摘要在简单介绍了球面曲率半径测量意义和常用测量方法的基础上,论述了一种基于干涉图样采样的非线性最小二乘拟合理论测量球面曲率半径的算法。进而在阐述干涉显微镜原理的基础上,设计了以干涉显微镜为主体的显微干涉实验装置,拍摄了Askania环形球径仪所配备的标准凸球面样板(曲率半径标称值为9.96 mm)的显微干涉图像。同时,根据上述算法编写了相应的C语言程序,通过对凸球面样板干涉图样的数据采集与处理,得到了被测球面的曲率半径R=10.00 mm。最后对实验误差进行了进一步的分析。9769

Title Research on the Measurement of the Spherical
Curvature Radius based on Nonlinear Least
Square Fitting of Interferogram Sampling
Abstract
While the significance of spherical curvature radius measurement and some common measurement methods are simply introduced, an algorithm of measuring the spherical curvature radius based on nonlinear least Square Fitting of interferogram sampling is expounded.Based on the principle of interference microscope, an equipment relied on the interference microscope is designed to photograph microscopic interference pattern of a standard convex sphere model(the standard value is 10.00mm) which is assorted with Askania ring
-form spherometer.Then the above algorithm is programmed to a software in C programming language.Through collecting data from the interference pattern of convex sphere model and processing data with the software, a measuring result that curvature radius R=10.00 mm comes out.Finally the error gets a further analysis.
